2024 Year in Review

By February 3, 2025D&I Innovation

As Inclusioneering celebrates it’s 4th birthday and we celebrate four years of driving positive change, we are publishing our annual review.

But world events highlight how our work is more important than ever. With events unfolding across the globe, it’s clear that diversity, equity and inclusivity remain critical challenges.

In early 2025 we have seen the worrying trend of major organisations including Meta and Amazon scaling back their DEI efforts. With the US President’s recent executive orders to scrap DEI programmes across government, we are likely to continue to see firms pulling back. These rollbacks not only impact workplace culture but also leave employees feeling anxious and uncertain. It’s a stark reminder of how political influence can shape even the largest tech companies.

Creating positive workplace environments is essential for engagement, retention, and the success of future generations. At Inclusioneering, we’re dedicated to helping engineering and tech companies embrace equity, diversity, and inclusion to build thriving, resilient organisations.

As we look back on our past year, we are proud that our team has expanded, and we’ve collaborated on groundbreaking projects with amazing clients, all focused on driving equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Read some of our highlights in our 2024 review.
